Why is CPD Important?

Why is CPD Important? 1We believe that one of the most effective ways to improve learning outcomes for children is to ensure all staff have access to high quality professional development opportunities to remain at the cutting edge of educational provision.

The link between staff continually learning, through training, and improvements in children’s achievement are paramount in ensuring the journey to excellence continues to accelerate.

Continual Professional Development (CPD) has been shown to increase motivation and confidence when working. Learning new skills and applying them in the workplace can lead to a more stimulating and effective working environment, and it can be easier for staff to take on board new methods when they come from someone outside of the school.

Education Data Hub provides high quality training courses on a huge number of subject matters to professionals in the education sector across the country.  Training can be delivered individually or as a whole-school session.  We endeavour to supply courses and webinars that all schools and nurseries would find beneficial, however, if you think we can help you with a specific subject that we don’t yet offer then we would love to hear from you.

Please check out our list of courses here, or contact us at [email protected] for more information.
