This session talks you through the considerations relating to Freedom of Information requests under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The session will offer practical guidance including:

  • What to do if you get a request;
  • The difference between a SAR and FOI;
  • Checking if a request is valid;
  • Statutory requirements and response times.
